  • 16 Six-inch flour tortillas
  • 16 Ounces Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 Teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon oregano
  • Shredded lettuce for topping (optional)
  • Shredded cheese for topping (optional)
  • Diced tomato for topping (optional)
  • Sour cream for topping (optional)
  • Salsa for topping (optional)
  • Diced avocado for topping (optional)
  • Corn for topping (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Microwave all tortillas for 30 seconds to soften. Fit each into one muffin pan cup.
  3. Bake tortillas in muffin pan 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika and oregano. Remove from heat.
  5. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons sausage mixture into each tortilla cup and add your favorite toppings.
