Size has nothing to do with this dish. It’s the perfect amount of taco, toppings and spices with each and every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage (16 oz.)
  • 16 6" flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Microwave all tortillas for 30 seconds to soften. Fit each into one muffin pan cup.
  3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika and oregano. Remove from heat.
  5. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons sausage mixture into each tortilla cup and add your favorite toppings.
