Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • 8 Ounces block cream cheese softend
  • 1 Cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 Ounces can diced green chiles
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 Ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 Large egg lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheese, chiles, and cilantro. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Unroll crescent dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate triangles along perforations and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 2 triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 Tbsp sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle, and roll up tightly to enclose filling.
  5. Place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush tops of rolls with beaten egg.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
