Ingredients

  • 40 Ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 10.5 Ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1½ Cups sour cream
  • ½ Cup diced onion
  • 4 Ounces canned diced green chiles
  • 3.5 Ounces real bacon pieces
  • 1½ Cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1½ Cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir together all ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Note: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, if on hand.
