Spicy Potato Casserole
This cheesy, spicy potato casserole combines shredded potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, and real bacon, baked with a blend of pepper jack and colby jack cheeses and seasoned with cumin and chili powder for a rich, comforting dish.
Ingredients
- 40 Ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 10.5 Ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1½ Cups sour cream
- ½ Cup diced onion
- 4 Ounces canned diced green chiles
- 3.5 Ounces real bacon pieces
- 1½ Cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1½ Cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder
