Turkey Shepherd’s Pie

  • 1 Cup prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 Cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3/4 Cup turkey gravy
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cups Roasted turkey diced
  • 10 Ounces frozen corn kernels thawed
  • 2 Cups Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix together stuffing, chicken broth, turkey gravy, and chopped parsley.
  3. Layer each ingredient on top of each other in the casserole dish in the following order: stuffing mixture, roasted turkey, corn. Smooth out the top.
  4. Top with prepared mashed potatoes, making sure to cover turkey mixture completely.
  5. Bake until mixture is bubbling and top of potatoes is lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
