Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 21 Ounces canned cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Packet chicken gravy mix
  • 4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup parsley minced
  • 2 Teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 48 Ounces Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken to a 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, and garlic.
  3. Spread the cream of chicken soup mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  5. When the chicken is cooked through, shred the meat with forks and stir into the gravy mixture.
  6. Add the parsley and pepper to the slow cooker and stir well to combine.
  7. Heat the Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes according to package instructions.
  8. Spoon chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes and serve immediately.
