Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds ground beef
  • 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 Cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ Teaspoon pepper
  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • ¼ Cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir together beef, tomato paste, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Press half of mixture into 2 lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  4. Spread mac and cheese over meat mixture.
  5. Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
  7. Stir together ketchup and vinegar; spread on top of loaves.
  8. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until loaves are no longer pink in centers.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pans.
  10. Slice to serve. Enjoy!
