
Mac and Cheese Stuffed Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds ground beef
- 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 Cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ Teaspoon pepper
- 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 Cup ketchup
- ¼ Cup balsamic vinegar

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Stir together beef, tomato paste, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Press half of mixture into 2 lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Spread mac and cheese over meat mixture.
- Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing down firmly.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Stir together ketchup and vinegar; spread on top of loaves.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until loaves are no longer pink in centers.
- Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- Slice to serve. Enjoy!
