Ingredients

  • 17 Ounces frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 5 Ounces garlic and fine herbs Gournay cheese softened
  • 12 Ounces Bob Evans Brown Sugar and Honey Links
  • 1 Large egg lightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch strips.
  2. Cut each strip crosswise into thirds, spread each strip with softened cheese.
  3. Roll one strip around each sausage link.
  4. Place seam side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, brush pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden brown and sausage is done.
  6. Serve with whole-grain mustard for dipping, if desired.
