- 1 Pound Bob Evans Savory Sage Pork Sausage
- ½ Cup chopped onion
- 6 Ounces spinach chopped
- 8 Ounces block cream cheese softened
- ¾ Cup crumbled blue cheese
- 8 Ounces whole mushrooms stems removed

- Cook sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Gradually add spinach to skillet; cook over medium heat until spinach is wilted.
