Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ Cup diced onion
  • ½ Cup diced celery
  • 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 2 Cups chicken broth
  • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Six Cheese Pasta
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  3. Add flour, cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in milk and broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  5. Gradually stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Add broccoli, 6 cheese pasta, and thyme; simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
