Ingredients

  • 30 Frozen meatballs
  • 1 Cup prepared brown gravy
  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Ounces frozen phyllo shells
  • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Heat gravy according to package directions; add to meatballs, tossing to coat.
  3. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
  4. Fill phyllo shells with mashed potatoes.
  5. Top each with cheese and a saucy meatball.
  6. Sprinkle with thyme. Serve immediately.
