In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until brown.
Add onion and celery and cook until softened.
Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
In skillet, combine sausage mixture and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
In 1 ½ quart baking dish, combine cream cheese and salad dressing.
Spread mixture up sides of baking dish, and fill center with sausage mixture. Sprinkle top with Mexican blend cheese and chives.
Bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
Serve with celery, chips or crackers.
