Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces oaf focaccia, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 Ounces Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • 10 Ounces chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ Cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ Cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss together bread cubes, oil, and garlic on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
