
Garlic Mashed Potato Gratin
Creamy garlic mashed potatoes get a decadent upgrade in this gratin-style dish, baked with a crispy, golden top and rich, buttery flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 12 Ounces Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes Single Serve
- ½ Cup sour cream
- ½ Teaspoon pepper
- 8 Ounces block gruyere cheese shredded
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- ¾ Cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all mashed potatoes in a bowl; stir in sour cream and pepper.
- Spread one-third mashed potatoes in bottom of 6 (6-oz) lightly greased individual ramekins.
- Top each with half of gruyere cheese.
- Spread one-third potatoes over cheese and top with remaining gruyere.
- Spread remaining potatoes over cheese.
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat, and stir in breadcrumbs until coated. Stir in Parmesan.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over potatoes in ramekins.
- Place ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until topping is deep golden brown.
