Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes Single Serve
  • ½ Cup sour cream
  • ½ Teaspoon pepper
  • 8 Ounces block gruyere cheese shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ Cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all mashed potatoes in a bowl; stir in sour cream and pepper.
  3. Spread one-third mashed potatoes in bottom of 6 (6-oz) lightly greased individual ramekins.
  4. Top each with half of gruyere cheese.
  5. Spread one-third potatoes over cheese and top with remaining gruyere.
  6. Spread remaining potatoes over cheese.
  7. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds.
  9. Remove from heat, and stir in breadcrumbs until coated. Stir in Parmesan.
  10. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over potatoes in ramekins.
  11. Place ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until topping is deep golden brown.
  12. Enjoy!
