- 24 Ounces Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes
 - 3 Large eggs lightly beaten
 - 1 Cup finely chopped broccoli
 - 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 - 1⁄2 Teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1⁄2 Teaspoon garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
