
Sausage & Pepper Taquitos
Smoky, tasty, and irresistibly crispy, these Sausage and Pepper Taquitos are a bold twist on a classic favorite. Featuring Bob Evans® Maple Sausage, these taquitos will be a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bob Evans Maple Roll Pork Sausage
- 20 Ounces Frozen pepper and onion blend
- 8 Burrito flour tortillas
- 8 Ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ Cup stone ground mustard
- ¼ Cup honey
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Blend sausage and pepper and onion and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain well.
- Spread sausage mixture down center of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up and place, seam side down, on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; brush with oil.
- Bake 15 minutes or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, make sauce by mixing together mustard, honey, Sriracha, and vinegar.
- Serve taquitos with sauce.
