Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Bob Evans Maple Roll Pork Sausage
  • 20 Ounces Frozen pepper and onion blend
  • 8 Burrito flour tortillas
  • 8 Ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ Cup stone ground mustard
  • ¼ Cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Blend sausage and pepper and onion and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain well.
  3. Spread sausage mixture down center of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Roll up and place, seam side down, on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; brush with oil.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Meanwhile, make sauce by mixing together mustard, honey, Sriracha, and vinegar.
  7. Serve taquitos with sauce.
  8. Enjoy!
