Ingredients
- 12 Ounces gnocchi
- ¼ Cup butter, melted
- 16 Ounces Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- 10 Ounces frozen chopped onions
- 24 Ounces marinara sauce
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 10 Ounces baby spinach
- 8 Ounces sliced fresh mozzarella cheese

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss together gnocchi and melted butter on a large rimmed baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until gnocchi is toasted.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add marinara sauce and broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
- Stir in gnocchi. Top with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
