Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
  • 1 Cup onion chopped
  • 0.87 Ounces brown gravy mix (one envelope)
  • 1 Cup beef broth
  • 12 Ounces green beans
  • 12 Ounces whole kernel corn frozen
  • 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Add gravy mix and broth; bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer until mixture is thickened.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. Top beef mixture with green beans and sauce and corn.
  5. Stir together hash browns, cheese, mayonnaise, and green onion in a bowl until blended. Spread mixture over corn in dish.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp.
