  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine carrots and sauce, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder in the work bowl of a food processor; process until mixture is smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is puffed and center is set.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
