  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Cup onion chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Package Bob Evans Green Beans with Herb Butter Sauce
  • 12 Ounces whole kernel corn frozen
  • 1 Pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 Cups cornflakes cereal lightly crushed


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
  3. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add broth, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Stir in green beans and sauce, corn, and tomatoes. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cornflakes. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley leaves, if on hand.
