  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 8 Ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Cup onion sliced
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 32 Ounces Bob Evans Green Beans with Herb Butter Sauce
  • 1 Cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • 2.8 Ounces French fried onions


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
  3. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in green beans and butter sauce, chicken broth, and milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with fried onions.
