Sausage, Egg and Cheese Quesadillas
Enjoy these quesadillas at breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- 3/4 Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 4 Ounces cheese shredded
- 6 medium flour tortillas

- Add the roll sausage to a skillet on medium heat, break it up and cook until browned. Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet, and put it in a bowl.
- Cook the liquid egg whites on medium heat and add salt. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and put them in a bowl.
- Add a tortilla to the skillet. Add a portion of the sausage, eggs and shredded cheese to one side of the tortilla. Fold over the tortilla and cook each side on medium heat until brown and crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet, slice, then serve.
